Plummer & Lorraine Bailor are the Senior Pastors of Refiner’s International Ministries. Together with a team of Elders and Servant Leaders, they provide leadership for the Love & Grace Fellowship family in this new season.

Plummer is orginally from Sierra Leone in West Africa, and Lorraine is orginally from Barbados in the West Indies. Over the last 18 years, they have both been involved in various areas of ministry including serving as Senior Pastors at Brentwood Foursquare Church in Brentwood, MD, and as the founding pastors of the Refiner’s Foursquare Church in Landover Hills, MD, and at Ignite Flint Foursquare Church in Flint, MI.

Their desire to strengthen and resource local churches worldwide has given them the privilege of being involved in international missions at various levels. Their current project located in Sierra Leone is called the “The Sierra Leone Schools & Evangelism Project“.

They both operate in the fullness of the gifts of the Holy Spirit and have a strong commitment to discipleship and leadership development. Their belief in the concept of “One Heavenly Citizenship for All Who Believe” is reflected in their ability to transcend cultural and racial barriers with the gospel message through their ministry and preaching.
